It has been a long and adventurous journey
When I graduated in 1989, I never dreamed that twenty years later I would be teaching 2nd grade. I left college with a BBA in Accounting. Through the years, I have worked as a cost accountant, stay at home mom, homeschooling mom, small business owner with my husband, public school teacher, and now a private school teacher. It has been a long and adventurous journey and I can't wait to see what God has in store for the future!

He is full of surprises along this journey, isn't He? I am glad that you are joining us for this class, and I hope that you gain a lot of useful and fun information along the way.
I'm loving being on facebook and driving my 16 year old crazy. She can't believe that I am on it. lol!
Leslie, do you happen to do pro bono work as a bookkeeper and financial advisor? I know a really needy person!

Wow, from accounting to second grade. I would love to hear more about that journey sometime! I think as long as we're willing, God will place us where we will get the biggest blessing in addition to being able to use us in His service.
